Who Takes It?
The Keystone Exams are taken by all students until they are proficient. The Algebra Keystone Assessment is taken by all 8th grade students. The Biology Keystone Assessment is taken by all 9th grade students. The English Keystone Assessment is taken by all 10th grade students. If a student does not earn proficient or advanced on any of the assessments, they must retest until they the earn at least a proficient.
